Role Overview: To direct and maintain the talent pipeline through the development and implementation of tactical sourcing, talent management, learning and development strategies and practices, and Performance Management strategies and practices to support the achievement of business objectives Are you someone who can: Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals across multiple functional areas to drive cost efficiency and ensure effective cost control. Build and manage objective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and ambassador of the FNB HR brand. Collaborate with Segment HR to design innovative HR solutions that enhance market presence and foster enduring, rewarding relationships. Drive strategic alignment by integrating people, performance, and organizational HR practices with the broader FNB strategy. Facilitate the creation and innovation of HR practices that differentiate FNB as an employer of choice. Deliver value through HR expertise, ensuring practices remain at the forefront of their respective domains. Contribute to the development and execution of the FNB HR strategy, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to human capital. You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements: Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources; Honours or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. 6–8 years' experience in a strategic HR environment, including 2–3 years at management level. Proven ability to develop and implement HR programs and policies that drive business impact. Experience in HR architecture, including organisational design, workforce planning, and performance frameworks. Strong understanding of strategic people planning, talent management, and cultural transformation. Comfortable leveraging technology to enhance HR service delivery and build stakeholder relationships.
