You will play a critical role in attracting top talent, strengthening our reputation as an employer of choice, and supporting our teams through effective Performance Management practices. A. Talent Acquisition Full-Cycle Recruitment Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria. Draft, optimize, and publish job descriptions across LinkedIn, job boards, universities, and internal channels. Screen CVs using structured criteria and shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct first-stage interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews. Fully utilize Hiring platform (workable)to manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling and reporting. Manage the offer process, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth acceptance stage. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. Use proactive sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities). Analyze market trends to advise leadership on talent availability and competitiveness. B. Employer Branding Social Media & EVP Activation Develop and execute a social media calendar aligned with the HR and Marketing Team. Participate in content showcasing employee stories, company culture, milestones, and events in collaboration with marketing. Promote internal initiatives such as CSR, awards, recognition programs, and success stories. Coordinate participation in career fairs, university events, and recruitment days. C. Performance Management Performance Cycle Coordination Participate in annual and mid-year performance cycles end-to-end. Ensure timely goal setting, reviews, and evaluations; monitor completion and send reminders. Deliver brief training and offer one-to-one support on tools and processes. Produce reports on performance and engagement metrics. Conduct 6-month one-to-one check-ins with newly hired employees to review their onboarding experience, ensure they feel supported and integrated into their role and address any concerns. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field and master’s degree in human resources management. 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant position Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written) Hands-on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems Good understanding of HR functions and best practices Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail.
