Regulatory Advisory & Interpretation

• Act as subject matter expert on MAS (PS Act, SFA, AML/CFT Notices, TRM Guidelines) and ASIC (AFSL, Corporations Act, RG guidance, DDO, AML/CTF Act) requirements.
• Provide technical regulatory advice to business, product, operations, and risk teams.
• Interpret new and evolving regulatory requirements and assess impact to the business.
• Draft regulatory gap analyses and implementation plans. 

Regulatory Framework & Governance

• Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks across AU and SG entities.
• Develop and update policies and procedures aligned with regulatory obligations.
• Ensure regulatory obligations registers remain accurate and current.
• Support Board and senior management reporting on regulatory risk.

Product & Change Advisory

• Review new product proposals (FX spot, forwards, options, payment solutions).
• Provide compliance input on licensing perimeter issues.
• Assess conduct, disclosure, and client classification implications.
• Support regulatory impact assessments for system and process changes.
