Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Sixteenth’s Talent Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering Creator campaigns from the point of sign-off all the way through to completion.
You’ll utilise your exceptional organisational skills and experience in the Creator Economy to liaise with key clients and guide Creators through their campaign delivery.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the home of “good influence” and one of the leading, global, 360° Creator talent management companies.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Pipeline management of campaigns from point of sign-off through to completion for assigned Creators.
  • Build and handle relationships with brands and agencies after sign-off, ensuring long-lasting relationships between them, Sixteenth and Sixteenth’s Creators.
  • Interpret and manage campaign briefs and guide Creators through the creative process.
  • Confidently pitch and cross-sell creators from the full roster at any stage of the campaign process, including pre, during, and post-campaign.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of creators’ comprehensive platform and campaign data, including conversions, repeat partnerships, and engagement rates, and can effectively communicate insights to creators to enhance commercial performance.
  • Communicate internally with Talent Managers, to establish the suitability of opportunities and take their guidance on appropriate action.
  • Work alongside the Talent Managers to develop strategies for our Creators to improve their content and commerciality.
  • Communicate with the Finance Team to ensure that jobs are invoiced for efficiently.
  • Handle gifting requests and deliveries.
  • Support Talent Managers on smaller deals under £3k.
