Responsibilities:
The Talent Attraction Manager position is responsible for attracting quality talent through strategic sourcing, social media engagement, advertising, community partnerships and recruitment marketing efforts. This role also oversees
advertising strategies, sponsorships, and passive applicant sourcing to drive applicant flow. The Talent Attraction Manager reviews applications, prescreens applicants, and passes qualified applicants to the Talent Engagement Manager for further evaluation. On an ongoing basis, the Talent Attraction Manager strategizes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of the talent acquisition function at PAM Health.
Qualifications:

HIRING EVENT COORDINATION

  • Manage and facilitate all hiring events, including walk-in events for management.
  • Identify the need for hiring events or sponsorships to enhance recruitment efforts while managingexpenses responsibly.
  • Set up and/or attend school hiring events to build strong applicant pipelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local schools to enhance campus recruiting.
