YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education
  • Proven capability to build quickly and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Successful track record in managing multiple complex recruitment processes in a matrix organization
  • Proven track record recruiting in an industrial environment or within a matrixed global corporation
  • Successful track record in working with senior stakeholders on key hires
  • Experience creating an effective recruitment strategy which includes sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, Linkedin, and job posting practices
  • Ability to craft compelling job descriptions and communicate effectively to attract top talent
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally with SuccessFactors) and social recruiting tools
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practice
  • Experience with dashboards, metrics, KPis; using the data to drive recruitment focus and strategies, familiarity with emerging talent acquisition technologies (e.g. Al-powered) is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Key duties include but not limited to sourcing for passive candidates via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards and CRMs for building pipelines and talent networks, screening, interviewing, offer process and onboarding of internal and external talents for all functional areas
  • Develop and communicate high level sourcing strategies using multiple tools including market intelligence data or sourcing reports
  • Provide consulting to business on search strategies and manage or participate on project teams for staffing initiatives
  • Utilize reporting KPls, metrics and dashboards provided to ensure data accuracy to ensure a swift hiring process
  • Actively promote global talent attraction diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practices
  • Support key Global TA initiatives and projects
  • Attend and support career events and conferences at the discretion of the business as needed
