We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Talent Attraction & Recruiting Events Lead to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and recruiting events that build strong talent pipelines across early career and experienced hiring. This senior individual contributor will design and run attraction programs, manage events and vendors, create candidate-facing content, and equip recruiters with effective tools and outreach strategies. This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and partners closely with Enterprise Communications and recruiting leadership. Key Responsibilities Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels. Develop candidate-facing messaging and content aligned to our Employee Value Proposition and enterprise communications standards. Maintain and optimize recruiting presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and career sites. Lead planning and execution of recruiting events (career fairs, conferences, university, and virtual programs), including logistics, vendors, materials, and on-site brand presence. Measure campaign and event effectiveness and recommend improvements based on ROI and performance data. Create content and collateral (testimonials, social posts, email campaigns, outreach templates) to support attraction efforts. Partner with recruiters to build targeted pipelines and engage passive candidates through digital and CRM outreach. Execute campaigns within the Talent CRM and align processes with ATS workflows and reporting. Recommend process and technology improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruiter effectiveness. Collaborate with Enterprise Communications and serve as a trusted advisor to recruiters on attraction strategies and best practices. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent attraction, recruiting events, or digital marketing. Demonstrated experience executing campaigns or programs that drive measurable hiring outcomes. Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, recruiting events or campus programs, Talent CRM systems, and an ATS (e.g., Workday). Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations. Ability to travel for recruiting events (up to 25%). Hybrid on-site presence in McLean, VA (2–3 days per week). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting campus or early career recruiting. Experience creating candidate-focused content and storytelling. Experience partnering with corporate communications or marketing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience within government contracting, FFRDCs, nonprofit, or other mission-driven environments, including familiarity with security clearance or compliance-driven hiring.
