We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist who is motivated by finding the right talent and driving change in our global recruitment process. You will achieve this by meeting your surroundings with a smile and establishing a trustful environment with candidates and hiring managers.

To succeed in this role, we envision that you:

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar
  • Have minimum a few years of experience with recruitment – preferably from tech and energy industry
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
  • Have a curious, customer-oriented mindset
  • Are characterized by adequate extroversion and a mix of high drive, result, and process orientation
