Mission Brief As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of our Talent Attraction team (Aude, Stephanie and Michaela) to ensure we hire the best talent, with a focus on roles for our production site. You will proactively source, train interviewers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. Act as a first point of contact as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace. We are a small team with very ambitious goals, looking for a mission-driven individual to reach our goals together!
