SentinelOne is seeking a contingent worker to support our Talent Brand and Internal Communications team while a team member is on leave. This role will run approximately 7 months, beginning in December 2025. The Project Manager will focus on executing digital content and internal communications projects that position SentinelOne as an employer of choice for the internal and external Talent Marketplace. You’ll report to our AVP, Internal Comms and Talent Brand, and work closely with our Creative Team, Marketing, and external partners. We’re looking for a hands-on project manager with experience in internal communications or marketing who can keep initiatives moving smoothly and deliver high-quality content that reflects our award-winning culture. What will you do? Maintain a global communications calendar to align Talent Marketing and Internal Communications activities Serve as project manager for Talent Marketing and Internal Communications, managing workflows and acting as liaison with external agency partners Manage and execute the distribution of all organizational announcements and executive internal communications Co-Create and publish intranet content to drive adoption, ensuring timely updates, alignment with brand standards, What skills and knowledge should you bring? 7+ years of experience in digital content creation, internal communications, or marketing project management Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling stories Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to build collaborative working relationships Experience working with external partners and creative teams to deliver quality content Attention to detail and ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced environment Ability to create digital assets using tools such as Canva while adhering to brand standards Comfortable using AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to support content, editing, and project efficiency.
