POSITION OVERVIEW

AAE Consultants seeks a highly skilled Talent & Business Manager with extensive experience in sales, HR, recruitment, and business development. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial growth, managing tenders, overseeing HR functions, and leading recruitment initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in business management, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and business development.
• At least 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment in Logistics, IT and accounting operations.
• Proven ability to handle tenders, both technical and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  Sales Tools: Zoho CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office
  HR Tools: Zoho Recruit, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS systems

• Manage sales activities across IT, logistics, and accounting sectors.
• Prepare and submit tenders and commercial proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, logistics, and accounting roles.
• Oversee HR activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance support.
• Utilize CRM and HR systems to track and report on business and talent metrics.
