    What Will You Be Doing? Your responsibilities will lie at the intersection of operations and business development, incorporating elements of communications and administration

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS

  • Checking in with the entire roster of artists quarterly to gauge availability and needs, ensuring they feel supported and engaged while maximizing their earning opportunities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to craft innovative campaigns that align with the organizational mission and goals.
  • Representing R.I.S.E. at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to identify and forge partnerships.
  • Generating reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and client feedback to inform strategic planning.
  • Researching industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential new markets.
  • Designing compelling proposals and presentations that highlight R.I.S.E.’s value proposition.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to innovate services that align with market demand.
  • Actively seeking and securing funding in collaboration with the fundraising team to support business initiatives.
  • Working closely with R.I.S.E.’s executive teams to seamlessly integrate business development activities into organizational goals.

BONUS:

  • Minimum 1 year of work and/or volunteer experience in a social enterprise
  • Familiarity with social enterprise business models
