TALENT BUSINESS PARTNER (IN-HOUSE)

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working)
Type: Permanent
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 days + bank holidays with length of service)

Our Talent Business Partner role plays an instrumental role in driving recruitment, attraction, and talent development. You will share a deep understanding of current and future functional talent needs with a confident approach to achieving the organisation’s targets.
This role involves ownership of the end-to-end service delivery for our departments, building relationships and providing a single point of contact for talent acquisition planning, advice, and consultation for all Talent activity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Existing Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Partner experience.
  • Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Proven experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of planning and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
  • Influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and process management and delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Project lead and delivery experience.
  • Data and cost analysis experience, using this to inform current and future talent planning approaches.
