Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Attraction, you’ll provide coordination and administrative support across talent acquisition, and talent management initiatives. You’ll work closely with a diverse team of Talent & Capability professionals, supporting day-to-day operations, programs and systems that help build a high-performing workforce aligned to the Fund’s strategic goals. This is a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and continuous improvement, and takes pride in delivering great stakeholder experiences. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communications and processes, managing data and reporting, supporting HR systems and platforms, assisting with recruitment and development activities, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth delivery across all Talent & Capability functions.   What You’ll Need To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in coordination or administration, along with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
