The Talent Compass Associate is an experienced member of the Talent Operations team and primarily responsible for resolving complex employee and owner/leaders’ inquiries pertaining to global total rewards and employment policies across multiple countries.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT


  • Develop documentation and standardized canned responses creating clear, concise replies to ensure consistency.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of HR experience working as an HR Generalist or within an HR Department.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related degree and/or minimum of 2-4 years of equivalent experience

  • PHR/SPHR preferred.
  • Proficiency in navigating difficult conversations with employees and owners, both verbally and non-verbally.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefit programs and HR policies.
  • Current working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations/laws, as well as firm policies.
  • Skilled in listening and asking probing questions to understand client needs and concerns.
  • Empathy in understanding and relating to employee/owner situations and perspectives.
  • Technical acumen in understanding the technical aspects of HR, including firm tools and resources.
  • Strong people skills for building and maintaining an internal network of relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to follow up.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective collaboration skills for working well with others and across teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and seeking feedback for improvement and growth.
  • Ability to handle unfamiliar situations effectively and navigate the unknown.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or another case management system.

  • Previous professional service industry experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $57,200 - $94,600
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
