The Talent Compass Associate is an experienced member of the Talent Operations team and primarily responsible for resolving complex employee and owner/leaders’ inquiries pertaining to global total rewards and employment policies across multiple countries.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
2-4 years of HR experience working as an HR Generalist or within an HR Department.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related degree and/or minimum of 2-4 years of equivalent experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or another case management system.
Previous professional service industry experience.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $57,200 - $94,600
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
