QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar role
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and an internal compass for best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Gmail, Google Calendar, and Sheets
  • Experience coordinating multiple calendars and scheduling complex meetings
  • Background in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization and multitasking
  • Experience providing exceptional customer or candidate service

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Talent Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring that all hiring activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support the entire candidate journey from application to offer, working closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. This role provides an excellent foundation for a career in talent acquisition, offering exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process in a fast-growing technology company.

ROLE KICK-OFFS & RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATION

  • Support the role kick-off process, gathering necessary information from hiring managers
  • Assist with job posting across various platforms and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Monitor application pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Process candidate applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurately filed
  • Maintain recruitment data and metrics for reporting purposes
  • Support the creation and distribution of offer letters and contracts
