Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Coordinator to join our HR team. You’ll be a key player in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities across Chartright. This role is ideal for a dependable team player; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

️ WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as strategic partner to our internal clients, providing end-to-end recruitment support for a variety of roles
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop an in-depth understanding of staffing needs and job requirements
  • Manage job postings on various platforms such as LinkedIn, internal careers sites and various industry job boards to ensure the attraction of top talent
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs specific to aviation talent pipelines
  • Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Oversee our corporate referral program
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for effective talent selection as future needs arise
  • Coordinate and manage pre-screens, interview scheduling, assessments, and onboarding activities such as reference checks and offer letters
  • Facilitate debriefs and feedback collection post-interview
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
  • Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends, competitive insights, and pipeline opportunities
  • Lead efforts to increase automation in our recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks and recommending system improvements
  • Ensure all recruitment SOPs, policies, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with current practices
