We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to identify and onboard emerging creators across fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture. This role focuses on building relationships with creators and helping them join our platform for collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities 🌟 Discover and reach out to content creators, influencers, and digital talent across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Onboard new creators to the platform or network. Build and maintain relationships with creators. Maintain a creator database and profiles with relevant information (audience, niche, engagement, etc.). Coordinate between creators, brands, and internal teams for campaigns and collaborations. Ensure creators understand campaign guidelines and deliverables. Track creator performance and engagement metrics. Stay updated on emerging creators and trends in fashion, lifestyle, music, and culture. Requirements 🎯 1–3 years experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent coordination, or social media. Strong knowledge of creator platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Good communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for fashion, culture, music, and digital media. Ability to identify new and upcoming creators early.
