  Look no further! Guardian Childcare & Education is a leading provider of high-quality childcare and early education services. We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent team.
  Please note: This is a junior position paying $65,000 plus super. This role is perfect for someone with agency recruitment experience or early childhood recruitment experience wanting their next step and will come with training and mentoring.

ABOUT US:

At Guardian Childcare & Education, we’re on a mission to provide outstanding care and education to children aged six weeks to six years. We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find exceptional individuals who share our passion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of Early Childhood & Education (ideal but not compulsory)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience within external Agency recruitment (not essential but ideal)
