RH is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Talent Coordinator to support our growing Hospitality team. The ideal candidate is energized by process, driven by precision, and takes pride in creating exceptional hiring experiences. As a key member of the Hospitality Talent Team, you will play an essential role in attracting and engaging talent by contributing to the development of candidate pipelines, reviewing resumes, and advancing the hiring journey by driving progress through key process milestones.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), online platforms, and HR tools preferred
  • Resourceful in identifying talent through sourcing techniques, including social media and networking
  • A discerning eye for talent, with the sharp analytical skills to evaluate candidate fit against position requirements
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Mac systems

Responsibilities
  • Review incoming applications daily, organizing and maintaining candidate pipelines across job boards and our internal systems
  • Conduct sourcing research and utilize tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and internal platforms to identify top talent
  • Build and maintain pipelines of both passive and active candidates
  • Support day-to-day operations with a high degree of urgency, accuracy and independent decision-making
  • Support the Talent Team with process improvements, documentation and ongoing system updates
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Talent Leaders and Hiring Leaders across the organization
