Your mission About the Role Location: Berlin, Germany (Full-time, On-site) We are looking for a dedicated and organized Talent Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This is a crucial on-site role that keeps our hiring processes running smoothly and ensures every candidate and new hire feels welcomed from day one. Key Responsibilities Review incoming CVs for key requirements and support the initial screening process. Manage scheduling for interviews, calls, and meetings between candidates and interviewers. Maintain consistent follow-up with all parties (candidates, hiring leads, interviewers) and route queries to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate logistical details for the recruitment process, including booking meeting rooms for in-person interviews and welcoming candidates on-site. Perform active sourcing of candidates based on clear, defined instructions from the Senior Recruiter. Your profile Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a talent coordination, recruiting coordination, or similar HR support role. Fluency in German is mandatory (native or C1/C2 level) to handle office communications and German-specific tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 3 days/week on-site in Berlin. Proficiency in common scheduling and applicant tracking tools is a plus.
