We’re hiring a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator in Edmonton to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management in a fast-paced environment within the utilities and infrastructure sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience (recent grads welcome).
Proficient in Workday and familiar with ATS/HRMS platforms.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
Familiarity with background checks and pre-hiring tasks.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate job postings, pre-screens, and interviews for corporate and technical roles.
Support onboarding, including background checks and reference verifications.
Maintain employee records and payroll data in Workday.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to build talent pipelines.
Manage benefits updates and liaise with vendors.
Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
Respond to candidate and employee inquiries.
Conduct data audits and generate internal reports.
Assist with payroll updates and employment letters.
