You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees across the organization, while learning from a team of passionate HR professionals. What You’ll Do Support the full recruitment cycle: positing jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires. Coordinate HR and recruitment projects, including job fairs and training presentations. Maintain records and track-department calendars. Help create a positive experience for Applicants and throughout the Employee Life Cycle. Requirements What We’re Looking For Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or 1-2 years of HR/recruiting experience Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; HRIS experience a plus Eager to learn, adaptable, and collaborative Benefits Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Hybrid work schedule (Thursday in-office required) Dental, Medical, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance 401K with company match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Employment At-Will Employment is voluntarily entered, and employees are free to resign at will at any time - with or without cause.
