We are seeking a commercially astute Talent & Culture Business Partner to partner directly with our Regional President and North America Leadership Team. This is not a traditional HR role. This is a growth enabler role. Job Responsibiltiies: You will ensure talent, leadership capability and our performance approach accelerate revenue growth and margin expansion — not constrain them. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels: Aligning people strategy to commercial outcomes Diagnosing capability gaps Elevating leadership effectiveness Embedding high performance standards Managing U.S. employee relations and compliance with discipline and sound judgement You will also lead selected global Talent & Culture initiatives. What You Will Drive: Commercial Partnership Translate growth strategy into executable people plans Use workforce data to improve retention and performance Identify and remove organisational barriers to commercial revenue growth Talent & Organisational Capability Lead organizational design initiatives required for growth Embed disciplined performance management Culture & Engagement Convert engagement insights into measurable actions Activate a compelling EVP in a competitive U.S. talent market Risk & Governance Own U.S. employee relations case load Manage payroll for North America Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment law Mitigate risk while upholding company values Qualifications What We’re Looking For Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in growth environments Strong commercial acumen — you understand revenue drivers and margin impact Confidence and capability influencing senior leaders High capability in performance management, engagement and change management Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law Analytical, pragmatic, and results oriented Preferred: Consumer goods experience.
