Be the driver of talent and culture initiatives at Mauna Lani. This role is the culture steward. Ensuring a commitment to training and standards of excellence. As part of the Mauna Lani 'ohana, you will support all team members in providing exceptional team member experiences along their Mauna Lani. Lead recruitment strategies for union and non-union positions, aligning with company values. Manage the interview, pre-employment, and onboarding processes. Develop talent pipelines with educational institutions and recruitment agencies. Oversee the company's LinkedIn page and use LinkedIn Recruiter for leadership roles. Drive team member relations through engagement initiatives and recognition programs. Administer benefits, including health insurance, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) plans. Support labor relations, including contract administration and union relations. Assist with safety certification training and educational assistance programs, as needed. Participate in team member activities and train T&C coordinators. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High school graduate required. College education is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year prior hotel experience is preferred. Previous recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality, preferred.
