Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Talent Development Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. Assist in the creation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness Prepare reports on training metrics and program outcomes Support the onboarding process for new employees Assist in the development of career development plans and succession planning initiatives Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development Contribute to the creation of training materials and e-learning content Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS) Data analysis and reporting abilities Project management skills Knowledge of talent development best practices and trends Understanding of adult learning principles Experience with e-learning platforms and content development tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
