NEW ROLE: Talent Development Coordinator
We are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Talent Development Coordinator to our team!
In this full-time role, you will partner closely with our Talent Development Manager to ensure new and recently promoted team members embrace the exceptional service standards that define Cescaphe.

BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN A RELATED FIELD OR RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (E.G., SENIOR SERVER, EVENT MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, COMMUNICATIONS).

  • 4+ years of event experience (weddings, conferences, and/or corporate events).
  • Proven experience managing events from planning through execution.

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF EVENT LOGISTICS, INCLUDING VENUE SELECTION, VENDOR MANAGEMENT, AND BUDGETING.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of staff.
  • Dependable, accountable, and driven to inspire growth in others.
    As a Talent Development Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing Cescaphe’s most important asset—our people.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of engaging training materials.
  • Support and facilitate classroom sessions and workshops.
  • Provide on-site support during live events, reinforcing training, and assisting venue trainers.
