Position Summary The Director, Talent Development at Prime Communications, will design and implement scalable systems that accelerate leadership excellence, foster professional growth, and fuel organizational transformation. This role will integrate advanced AI tools with traditional leadership practices to personalize development pathways, anticipate workforce needs, and enhance decision-making across the organization. The director will be responsible for embedding leadership excellence into Prime's culture, ensuring every leader is equipped to deliver business results while reinforcing company values. Success in this role means cultivating a sustainable leadership pipeline, aligning professional development with measurable business impact, ensuring employees are well versed on all of Prime's products and services, and deploying AI-driven insights that future-proof the organization's talent strategy. With a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, this leader will drive cultural change, elevate performance standards, and create a dynamic work environment where employees and leaders grow faster than business demands. Key Attributes * Customer Focus: Builds trust through customer-centric solutions with defined return on investment KPIs * Strategic AI: Guides responsible AI adoption and adaptation in professional, personal, and leadership development space * Situational Adaptability: Adjusts approach to shifting business conditions and priorities * Optimizes Work Processes: Drives efficiency and effectiveness with continuous improvement * Collaborates: Partners effectively with business leaders to achieve shared goals and drive business results Key Responsibilities Leadership Systems & Strategy * Design and implement enterprise-wide leadership frameworks that embed excellence into daily operations * Integrate leadership development across the employee life cycle, from onboarding to succession planning * Link leadership outcomes directly to business results through rigorous measurement, accountability, and proven return on investment * Collaborate with business leaders to ensure learning solves real operational problems and improves business performance Professional Development Acceleration * Create personalized growth pathways that address strengths, gaps, and career readiness * Establish continuous learning programs through multi-faceted delivery models * Expand cross-functional exposure through rotations, stretch assignments, and enterprise projects * Create a common language within the organization where emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and personal insights drive cultural change   AI-Enabled Learning Architecture * Design AI-powered learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP, copilots, content engines, analytics, etc.) * Create a development eco-system that supports the growth and speed of the business * Use predictive analytics to anticipate capability needs and succession risks * Deploy AI-enabled coaching and assessments for real-time performance acceleration Team Engagement & Enablement * Assemble and lead a world-class team of professional, personal, and leadership development professionals * Define goals, priorities, and KPIs to align initiatives with long-term strategies and short-term wins * Drive a culture that embodies Prime's values, fosters inclusion, and enhances employee engagement across diverse locations * Partner with Recruiting, HRBPs, and Fin Ops to align development efforts Skills & Capability Transformation * Own the enterprise skills taxonomy and keep it dynamic using AI-driven skills inference * Identify emerging skill gaps and automate insights for proactive reskilling * Personalize learning journeys at scale using role-based, skills-based, and aspiration-based models * Improve time-to-proficiency for critical roles Program & Content Excellence * Oversee the design of high-impact learning programs leadership, functional, compliance, early career, etc.) * Ensure learning experiences are practical, applied, and role-relevant * Balance internal content development with external partnerships to maximize quality and efficiency Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business, Education, or equivalent experience required. * 7 - 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Organizational Effectiveness * 3 -- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with enterprise or multi-region scope * Ongoing professional development in leadership development, workforce planning, or change management * Proven experience building and scaling L&D functions, not just managing programs * Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to solve performance and capability gaps * Experience in supporting large, distributed, and frontline workforces strongly preferred * Strong business literacy -- understands P&L impact, operational drivers, and workforce productivity * Ability to influence executives and challenge leaders constructively on talent and development issues * Track record of leading teams through change, ambiguity, growth, and cultural transformation * Comfortable making prioritization tradeoffs and stopping low-value work * Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and modern learning modalities * Experience designing leadership, manager, and critical role development programs * Ability to embed learning into the flow of work, not just formal programs
