Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR and People & Culture operations.
  • Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and company procedures.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
  • Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
  • Help organize training, workshops, and internal HR activities.
  • Support employee relations and escalate complex issues to HR management when necessary.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and consistently applied.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee data, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with payroll-related information and attendance/leave records.
  • Support company culture initiatives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a similar role.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Empathetic, approachable, and employee-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or EPC environments and possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi. This role will be instrumental in strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, developing leadership capability, and driving employee engagement initiatives across diverse workforce groups.   • 4 years .Key Responsibilities -Learning & Talent Development .Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps across departments. Design and implement technical, behavioral, managerial, and leadership development programs. Establish competency frameworks and career development pathways. Drive succession planning and high-potential talent development programs. Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees and future leaders. Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI. Manage external training providers, consultants, and learning partners. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Create and execute an annual employee engagement calendar. Design innovative employee engagement programs and workplace initiatives. Lead employee wellness, recognition, rewards, and retention programs. Organize employee events, town halls, cultural celebrations, and team-building activities. Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and drive action plans .

Preferred Experience 8-10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, Steel, EPC, or Heavy Engineering sectors. Experience managing engagement initiatives for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
