Description

Assist in the development and refinement of talent management and development processes. Assist in learning and development activities such as training programs, coaching sessions, mentoring, and internal development initiatives. Provide administrative support for talent development projects and ongoing improvement initiatives. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Strong interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Development. Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools for data tracking and documentation. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willing to work on-site in BSD, South Tangerang.
