Talent Development Lead The Talent Development Lead, plays a key role in shaping the growth and success of our organization. This role will identify, develop, and manage programs that support the organization’s talent development infrastructure. The focus is to implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills and drive organizational success. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive talent development programs aligned with our strategic goals Supports the successful communication and implementation of talent development activities Manages the tools and processes for performance management - Goal Setting with ongoing checkpoints and embedded performance management conversations - Performance Review (Self and Manager Assessment)- Development Planning- Review Ratings and Comprehensive Processes Partner with business leaders and stakeholders in the development and implementation of talent development programs and initiatives Serves as an effective talent partner to stakeholders, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of talent development programs and initiatives Gathers pertinent data, analyzes and identifies the conditions affecting performance, and communicates plans on appropriate intervention to execute. Selects the appropriate action to address the root cause(s) of gaps, outlines the implementation, and monitors the execution of the action as it is being implemented Uses appropriate tools (checklists, dashboards, surveys, etc) to measure effectiveness of talent development initiatives Works with the reporting team to ensure data is analyzed, completion is reported, and the dashboard is published and subsequently utilized by stakeholders Evaluates results against goals and stakeholder needs. Leverages technology for scalable solutions. Assist support team with self-learning and course management in Workday Learning Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Talent development experience Strong analytical and communication skills Stakeholder management experience Passion for employee growth Must be willing to work onsite and night shift schedule
