We’re looking for a Talent Development Manager who is passionate about shaping people-first strategies that fuel business performance. Reporting directly into our Manager, People, you’ll own the design and execution of high-impact programs that ensure our team members feel seen, supported, and set up for success as they grow with us.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and evolve the foundational elements of our People team, including; internal training & development of our employees, retention programming, key new hire onboarding programs, career progression frameworks & more. You’ll partner closely with Executive Leadership and Functional Leaders to deeply understand their talent needs and how we support creative career pathing and tap into the talent already here at BigTime.
