ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Talent Development to lead our efforts in nurturing and developing Forvis Mazars’ talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, employee development, and leadership training. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team members have the skills and opportunities they need to grow and succeed within the firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies that align with the firm’s goals and objectives.
  • Development Programmes: Design, deliver, and evaluate development programmes, workshops, and seminars to enhance team members skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees for key leadership roles through targeted development plans, coaching and mentoring programmes.
  • Team Member Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting team member engagement and retention.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse key metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership.
  • Budget Management: Manage the talent development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate relevant insights into programme design.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential development partners and assess opportunities for collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of partnerships and talent development programmes and initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership and making recommendations for improvement.
