We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our Talent Management team. This mid-level role will support the execution of strategic talent initiatives across North America, with a focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, Workday enablement, and employee talent journey milestones . The ideal candidate will b ring strong project management skills, a passion for developing leaders, and a collaborative mindset to help drive talent growth and performance across the region and in partnership with the Global talent organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Organizational Development, Business, or related field
5 + years of experience in HR with an emphasis on talent management , organizational effectiveness and/or as a business partner
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platform s
Familiarity with leadership development programs and coaching tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with executive development programs and assessments
Data tracking and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Comfort with ambiguity and change management
Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across levels
