We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Development & Recruitment Executive to join our team at Conrad Athens The Ilisian. In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives that empower our team members to thrive and grow. As a member of the People & Culture team, you will be a key resource in supporting HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management while promoting a positive work environment. Responsibilities Design and implement a comprehensive training and development program aligned with the hotel’s strategic objectives and service excellence standards. Provide full-cycle support for People & Culture-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Plan, coordinate, and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars for team members across all departments and levels. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; recommend and implement improvements as needed. Assist in tracking HR KPIs, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and performance metrics. Stay informed of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in learning and development to continually enhance the quality and relevance of training offerings. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in training and recruitment, preferably in a hospitality or service- oriented environment. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and evaluation techniques. Proven experience in heavy recruitment activities, including creating and executing recruitment plans to meet staffing needs efficiently. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. Why Join Us?
