JOB SUMMARY The Talent Development Specialist supports the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development programs that strengthen organizational capability and drive performance. This role creates engaging, scalable learning solutions that close skill gaps, build leadership readiness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Leveraging creativity, technology, and data-driven insights, this position will develop and facilitate learning content, support key talent programs, and partner with HR and business leaders to enable teams to adapt to change and achieve business goals in a dynamic retail environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develops and delivers high-quality learning content and materials using a variety of learning methodologies to, educate and develop Team Members including in-person training, virtual learning, and self-paced learning. Supports the execution of enterprise talent programs including onboarding, leadership development and internship programs. Partners closely with HR business partners to identify learning needs and ensure content aligns with organizational priorities and competencies. Maintains and updates content in Oracle Learn system ensuring accuracy and seamless user experience. Facilitates engaging learning sessions that build knowledge, skills and change readiness across teams. Leverages data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborates with Talent Development, Human Resources, and Field Training teams to align leadership development opportunities across the business. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, business, or a related field. 2+ years of facilitation, talent development or human resources experience Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate/Rise required; Canva, Vyond, and Photoshop preferred). Experience designing and delivering learning programs, including e-learning and instructor-led formats. Experience with LMS administration and content management (Oracle preferred) Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
