In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Development Manager CEE, as well as local and global teams, delivering modern L&D solutions tailored to business needs. Collaborate closely with the Talent Development Manager to identify current and future training and development needs across the CEE region, using data analysis, stakeholder input, and business priorities Co-create, implement, and continuously improve tools, frameworks, and development programs that support talent growth across the entire CEE cluster Adapt, customize, and deliver training programs in alignment with the organization’s global learning and talent strategy, ensuring relevance to local market needs Co-design and facilitate interactive workshops and conduct webinars (both online and in-person) for various employee groups, including specialist and leadership populations Organize and coordinate all logistical aspects of training initiatives, including scheduling, communication, collaboration with external training providers, and management of vendor and technical processes Develop, update, adapt, and translate training materials (presentations, workbooks, e-learning content), ensuring high quality, consistency, and cultural alignment Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using qualitative and quantitative data; prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement Support Employer Branding, onboarding, and recruitment initiatives by ensuring their effective adaptation and implementation across diverse local markets within the CEE region Act as a regional point of contact for learning initiatives, fostering collaboration between local HR teams, business stakeholders, and external partners Qualifications Working at JDE Peet’s is hands-on, giving you the chance to leave your mark while working together as one team.
