About the Job The Talent Development Specialist will join the Global HR Team in this newly created position, reporting into the Global Talent Manager. The incumbent will provide a structured, cohesive and data driven approach to talent development. They will strive to offer opportunities and inspiration for people to grow and reach their potential at the IB, whilst empowering them with the skills they need now, and the abilities needed in the future, to help advance and grow the IB’s mission. The Talent Development Specialist will work closely with the Global Talent Manager, another Talent Development Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager and two Talent Acquisition Specialists to coordinate and deliver a holistic program to help IB achieve its ambition of becoming an organization that ‘optimizes its way of working to empower talented colleagues to do great work’. The Talent Development Specialist will work with Global and Regional colleagues across the organisation and externally to provide a full Talent Development offer including understanding our e-learning opportunities and developing a strategy to more effectively deliver them, identifying training needs, developing innovative design solutions, and support effective delivery and evaluation.
Responsibilities
The Talent Development Specialist will provide a structured and cohesive approach to talent development, working closely with the Global Talent Manager and other team members. They will coordinate and deliver a holistic program to empower talented colleagues at the IB.
