Reporting to the Global Talent development Manager your main responsibilities will be: Drive the performance & Feedback cycle, proposing continuous improvements and building initiatives to support a performance driven-organization and foster a feedback Culture; Collaborate with the International Mobility process to achieve the business goals just as to guarantee an excellent employee experience Participate in other critical talent process like learning and development area for strengthening our main goal of building the best experience possible for our employees, with emphasis to our services and strategic support to the business Qualifications Bachelors degree in Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar. Experience of no less than 1 or 2 years in talent management/development area specifically in Mobility and Performance. Critical thinking and analytical capacity. Ability to work by projects. Highly motivated to make things happen. Resilient and with a positive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Fluent in English.
