We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team! This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global talent development initiatives that enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and drive organizational success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, facilitation (both in-person and virtually), project management, and a deep understanding of global training needs across cultures and regions.

Responsibilities
  • Training & Delivery:
    Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both in-person and online.

Adapt and deliver training programs tailored to local and regional needs.

  • Instructional Design:

Design innovative training materials, including e-learning and blended learning solutions.

Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps globally and align programs with organizational goals.

  • Evaluation & Improvement:

Measure training effectiveness using metrics and feedback, refining programs continuously.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and departments to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Act as a resource for learning opportunities and professional development.

  • Employee Engagement:

Support global engagement strategy through design, communication, and project planning.

Assist in action planning with leadership.

  • Talent Management:

Contribute to talent development and succession planning across Europe.

Assist in implementing performance strategies.

  • Technology Utilization:

Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for enhanced training delivery.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in learning.

  • Collaboration:

Ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business strategies across international teams.
Promote a collaborative environment by sharing best practices.
