We seek a Talent Development Specialist , Sr in Bogota, Colombia who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in talent development or related areas. Proven success in global initiatives and a consulting-oriented approach.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical-thinking approach.
• Expertise in talent management with a holistic understanding of career development ecosystems.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead complex projects effectively.
