TALENT DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Maui, Hawaii
Reports to: Talent Development Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Human Resources
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (final offer based on experience and qualifications)

Alpha Inc. is seeking a high-ownership, systems-savvy Talent Development Systems Administrator to support the platforms that power learning and career growth at Alpha Academy. In this role, you’ll help build the infrastructure behind how our people learn, develop, and stay compliant—while driving innovation in how we track progress, manage certifications, and deliver training companywide.

You’ll manage learning platforms like our LMS and HCSS tools, create insightful dashboards, troubleshoot digital tools, and support the delivery of training across Alpha.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain learning systems (e.g., LMS, HCSS Safety, Field, Skills), ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all users.
  • Upload and organize digital training content; manage enrollments and course libraries.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using LMS tools, Excel, and Power BI to track training participation, progress, and compliance.
  • Support system integrations and workflows with HR tools like UKG, Greenhouse, and OKTA.
  • Monitor credentialing timelines and ensure timely completion of required training and certifications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in systems and digital tools such as Articulate, Loom, Adobe, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Coordinate training calendars, communications, and session logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to support initiatives and ensure smooth delivery of learning experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and partnering cross-functionally.
