The Talent & Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for Calvary Mater Newcastle, ensuring the organisation attracts, selects and retains high‑quality employees. The role provides expert advice and operational support across the full range of recruitment and general workforce activities. Our Team You will partner closely with two experienced Human Resources Consultants who support more than 1,500 employees across the Calvary Mater Newcastle campus. You’ll take ownership of driving innovative recruitment strategies, leveraging strong time management and communication skills to shape processes, influence organisational change, and support managers across a broad range of workforce initiatives. You will also be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary People & Culture team, working alongside Learning & Development and Work Health & Safety specialists all within one connected department.
