As the Talent Intelligence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Strategy, you will manage a team of Workforce Analysts and be responsible for maintaining accurate workforce data, driving capacity forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Your work will directly impact business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Maintain accurate, up-to-date workforce data and profiles for all billable staff Own and manage the master workforce roster, including active, available, in-development, PIP, and exiting staff Maintain individual VMA profiles covering tier, skills, EHR certifications, languages, specialty experience, client history, and performance flags Produce weekly capacity and availability reports for leadership Develop and deliver monthly workforce health dashboards for executive review Track and report bench time by individual, team, and tier Conduct market benchmarking on skill supply, compensation trends, and competitive positioning Develop 60–90 day pipeline forecasting models for workforce needs Manage workforce data systems and uphold data quality standards Support Sales and Marketing with workforce data for pitch decks and materials Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, HR, statistics, or a related field Experience in workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and recurring reporting for leadership Proven track record of managing and developing analysts Strong ownership of workforce data management and data quality standards Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) Experience translating workforce data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making Experience handling cross-functional stakeholder data requests and delivering outputs to agreed SLAs Fluent English proficiency and authorization to work in the Philippines Preferred Qualifications: Advanced SQL proficiency Grow Where You Win At Xillium, we believe your career should be a win, not just a job.
