The role partners with senior leaders, TCBPs and functional heads to diagnose capability needs, strengthen leadership effectiveness and build healthy talent pipelines. Operating with a consulting mindset, this role designs and delivers high-impact leadership pathways, executes Group talent processes, and supports regional capability building. The role requires structured project management, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work independently across multiple markets. This role is based in South Africa [Johannesburg] & or [Capetown]
Responsibilities
The role drives the group-wide agenda for leadership development, talent reviews, and succession planning. It also serves as the regional Learning Partner for South and East Africa to strengthen leadership effectiveness and talent pipelines.
