Job Description We’re looking for a proactive Talent Specialist to support core Human Resources programs that strengthen our workforce and leadership capability. In this role, you’ll coordinate key talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). You’ll maintain data accuracy, provide meaningful insights, and support the development of tools and communications that enhance talent and workforce planning. You’ll play a key role in shaping talent and capability outcomes across the organisation, working closely with our Human Resources team and leaders, you’ll help shape meaningful development experiences and drive strong talent and capability outcomes. This is a 9-month fixed term contract What you’ll do: Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, Individual development plans and performance improvement plans. Analyse talent data to provide insights for workforce and leadership planning. Maintain tools, templates and communications for talent and learning programs. Coordinate and deliver learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, materials and reporting. Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, global teams, and external vendors. Provide guidance to employees on learning programs, systems and tools. Track budgets, program outcomes and maintain data accuracy across talent and learning systems. What You’ll Bring 4–6 years’ experience in Talent, Learning, Organisational Development or Human Resource. Experience supporting performance and talent processes. A proactive approach and passion for building talent and capability across the organisation. Strong coordination skills and experience delivering learning programs end-to-end. Confidence working with HRIS/LMS (Workday, Percipio, Altora or similar). Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience. Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Strong Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot charts / table and data analysis. Experience in agriculture, manufacturing or supply chain (nice to have). Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business or related fields (preferred).
