Job Description Overall Purpose of Job: Leads the Talent & Learning Technology function for the KOSTAL Group, providing strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to a dedicated team of HRIS professionals. Acts as the key link between business stakeholders, Talent & Learning Technology, and HRIT architecture—ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Oversees the operation, development, and ongoing enhancement of our Talent & Learning Technology ecosystem, guaranteeing seamless integration and outstanding system performance across HR and IT platforms. Partners closely with Centers of Expertise in Corporate Learning, Leadership & Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition to deliver expert guidance and support. Champions continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on user experience and operational excellence, driving the future of talent and learning processes at KOSTAL. What You’ll Do: Lead and develop an dedicated team of HRIS experts, fostering collaboration and growth Own our Talent & Learning platforms (e.g. Cornerstone On Demand, SmartRecruiters), ensuring top performance and smooth integration with SAP HCM, Microsoft 365, and more Collaborate successfully with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to align technology with business needs Manage budget and external vendors Drive system improvements, HR process digitalization, and AI innovation to create a seamless, user-friendly experience Act as the go-to advisor for learning, talent, and recruitment technologies Safeguard system integrity, data quality, and compliance Facilitate a thriving global Key User community, ensuring ongoing upskilling and knowledge sharing Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or IT, ideally in manufacturing or consulting Experience in working internationally and in managing diverse stakeholders successfully Proven leadership and communication skills Technical mastery of HR technology (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, or Workday) Strong project management skills pared with an analytical mindset Fluent in English (C1 or higher); other languages are a plus Distinct customer and result orientation Why KOSTAL?
