We’re Hiring: Talent Management Analyst Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE   Drive Performance. Enable Talent. Deliver Insight. Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Talent Management Analyst to support Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and HR analytics processes. This role plays a key part in strengthening talent frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful workforce insights to leadership.   Key Responsibilities * Support the full annual performance cycle, including objective setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews. * Track completion rates and follow up with HRBPs and business units. * Review performance ratings and prepare summary reports and dashboards. * Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support related documentation. * Maintain and update data in Oracle HCM Talent modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Generate HR reports, dashboards, and talent analytics for leadership review. * Prepare and consolidate data for talent review and succession planning discussions. * Maintain succession trackers and identify data gaps or inconsistencies. * Assist in preparing training materials and internal communications related to talent initiatives. * Coordinate training logistics and maintain organized documentation of talent processes.   Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in Performance Management, Talent Management, or HR Systems. * Working knowledge of Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools. * Strong analytical and data handling skills. * Good presentation preparation skills. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. * Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).   Why Join Ali & Sons Holding LLC? * Join a leading and diversified UAE organization with a strong corporate culture. * Contribute directly to strengthening performance and talent frameworks across the group. * Gain exposure to HR analytics, succession planning, and workforce insights. * Work in a structured, professional environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence. * Access long-term career development opportunities within a reputable business group.
