Description
The Talent Management Analyst supports the design, coordination and execution of Talent Management programmes and initiatives. This role assists with activities such as Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and leadership development. This role works closely with HR teams and Business Leaders to coordinate processes, manage talent data, prepare reports to support the company’s Talent Management strategies and ensure smooth delivery of Talent Management initiatives across the organisation. Support the implementation of Talent Management framework which encompasses the identification, evaluation, development and retention of Talents and Critical Successors group-wide Collate data from stakeholders and administer talent assessments to support Talent Management processes Provide support in Annual Talent and Succession Reviews – coordinate review meeting sessions, create Talent Review presentation decks and statistical reports on Talent Profiles and Succession Plans, document comments and follow-up actions Ensures timely maintenance and updates of the central Talent Database Works closely with Learning & Development and the OCBC Talent Management teams on developmental and engagement activities Provides administrative and logistical support for Talent Development programmes Supports Internship and Corporate Management Associate Programme. Acts as a junior HR Business Partner to the Interns and Management Associates Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR analytics or related roles Strong analytical and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with various stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Talent Management
