[What the role is] We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Talent Management team with technical capabilities to drive digital transformation of our talent processes. This role combines talent management responsibilities with technical expertise to modernise systems, improve processes, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. [What you will be working on] Talent Management & Process Improvement Support talent identification, succession planning, and rotation tracking initiatives Analyse current business-as-usual processes and transform our comprehensive Excel-based tracking system into dynamic, modular solutions Develop data pipelines and interactive dashboards for talent analytics and reporting Technical Collaboration & Development Work with CIO Office to review technical implementations of potential tools and solutions Bridge the gap between talent management business needs and technical requirements Lead digitalisation of manual processes and create scalable talent management solutions Ensure data integrity and accessibility across talent management systems Support change management for new technical implementations [What we are looking for] Bachelor's degree with strong technical background Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Excel), data visualisation platforms Experience with process improvement and system design Understanding of talent management principles and HR processes Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
